At Shreedevratna.com, every gemstone is carefully selected, lab-certified, and energised before dispatch. We take great care in ensuring you receive an authentic and high-quality product. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
2. Eligibility for Refund
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- The gemstone delivered is damaged or broken during transit.
- The product received is significantly different from what was ordered (e.g., wrong stone, wrong weight).
- The lab certificate provided does not match the gemstone delivered.
Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- The gemstone has been worn, used, or altered in any way.
- Damage caused by the buyer after delivery.
- Requests made after 7 days of delivery.
- Customised or special-order gemstones (e.g., specific weight, origin, or setting).
- Astrological consultation fees are non-refundable.
- Delay in delivery due to courier or customs beyond our control.
4. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, follow these steps:
- Email us at support@shreedevratna.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Subject line: “Refund Request – [Your Order Number]”
- Include clear photos/videos of the product received, the packaging, and the lab certificate.
- Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.
- If approved, you will receive return shipping instructions.
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned gemstone:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, bank transfer).
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Any applicable bank or gateway charges may be deducted.
6. Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only a partial refund may be granted — for example, if the gemstone shows signs of use, or the packaging is damaged by the buyer.
7. Gemstone Certification & Authenticity
All our gemstones are certified by recognised laboratories (GIA, IGI, GRS, Gübelin, etc.). If you have genuine concerns about authenticity, please get the stone independently tested. If the independent lab report contradicts our certification, we will process a full refund — provided the stone is returned in its original, unworn condition.

Return & Exchange Policy

1. Our Return Philosophy
At Shreedevratna.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gemstone purchase. Given the precious and personalised nature of our products — which are astrologically matched, lab-certified, and energised — our return policy is structured to be fair to both parties.
2. Return Window
Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date.
After 7 days, we are unable to accept returns under any circumstances.
3 Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The gemstone must be in its original, unworn condition.
- The original lab certificate must be returned along with the gemstone.
- The original packaging (box, pouch, and any accessories) must be intact.
- The item must not have been resized, altered, or set into jewellery.
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gemstones that have been worn, used, or energised by the buyer.
- Custom or special-order gemstones.
- Gemstones set into rings, pendants, or other jewellery by the buyer.
- Items returned without original certification.
- Items returned after the 7-day window.
- Sale or discounted items (unless defective).
5. How to Initiate a Return
Step 1: Email us
Send an email to support@shreedevratna.com with the subject: “Return Request – [Order Number]”
Step 2: Provide Details
Include your order number, reason for return, and photographs/video of the product in its current condition.
Step 3: Approval
Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.
Step 4: Ship the Product
Pack the gemstone securely with all original contents and ship it to the address provided by our team. We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method.
Step 5: Inspection & Resolution
Once received, we will inspect the gemstone within 3–5 business days and process your refund or exchange accordingly.
6. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product, certification mismatch) — we will bear the return shipping cost.
- For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
- We strongly recommend insuring the return shipment. We are not liable for loss or damage during return transit.
7. Exchanges
We offer exchanges under the following conditions:
- Exchange for a gemstone of equal or higher value (top-up payment required for higher value).
- Exchange must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- The original gemstone must be returned in unworn condition with all documentation.
- Exchange gemstones are subject to availability.
To request an exchange, follow the same process as a return and mention “Exchange” in your email subject.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If your gemstone arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide unboxing video and photographs as evidence.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
We recommend recording an unboxing video for all orders as a precaution.
9. Exchange / Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Exchanges will be dispatched within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
10. Astrological Disclaimer
Gemstones are recommended based on Vedic astrology principles. Astrological results are subjective and may vary from person to person. Dissatisfaction with astrological outcomes is not a valid ground for return or refund.
