Refund & Returns

• Gemstone damaged or broken during transit.
• Product significantly different from order (wrong stone / weight).
• Lab certificate does not match the delivered gemstone.

Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

• Change of mind after purchase.
• Gemstone worn, used or altered.
• Damage caused by buyer after delivery.
• Requests after 7 days.
• Custom or special-order gemstones.
• Astrological consultation fees.
• Courier / customs delays beyond our control.

• Original, unworn condition with original lab certificate.
• Original packaging (box, pouch, accessories) intact.
• Not resized, altered or set into jewellery.
• Proof of purchase (order number / invoice).

1. Email support@shreedevratna.com — subject “Return Request – [Order #]”.
2. Attach clear photos/videos of product, packaging and lab certificate.
3. Team reviews within 2–3 business days & issues an RMA number.
4. Ship securely (trackable + insured) to the address we provide.
5. We inspect within 3–5 business days and process refund / exchange.

If the return is due to our error we bear return shipping. Otherwise the customer pays return shipping — we recommend insuring the shipment. We are not liable for loss or damage in return transit.

Exchange for a gemstone of equal or higher value (top-up payable for higher). Must be requested within 7 days, in unworn condition with all documentation. Subject to availability.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and photos. We arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost. We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video for every order.

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping charges and any gateway fees may not be refundable.

All stones are certified by recognised laboratories (GIA, IGI, GRS, Gübelin). If an independent lab contradicts our certification, we issue a full refund on return of the unworn stone.

Gemstones are recommended per Vedic astrology. Results are subjective; dissatisfaction with astrological outcomes is not a valid ground for return or refund.
